Each member of our team is selected after undergoing a rigorous screening process. Our dentists take the responsibility of hiring front and back office staff very seriously. They understand that patients will interact with our team members earlier and, perhaps, more often than they will interact with the dentists. Therefore, it is of utmost priority to select only the best, most qualified, compassionate, and dedicated professionals to join the Good Faith Dentistry team.

Office Manager
Nicole is originally from California and has called Texas home for the past 15 years. Nicole is married and a proud mom of two kids. She's been in the dental field for 18 years, starting as a dental assistant and now serving as an office manager. She truly loves the dental profession and enjoy helping create a positive experience for both patients and the team every day.
Linda
Patient Care Coordinator
Since joining our team in 2018, our Front Desk Receptionist and Registered Dental Assistant has been a welcoming face for our patients and an invaluable part of our practice. She is dedicated to creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Outside of work, she is the proud mother of one daughter and treasures spending quality time with her family and friends. She enjoys cooking, which she finds both relaxing and therapeutic, as well as watching movies and listening to music. A true homebody at heart, she recently made the move from Mansfield to Burleson and has enjoyed settling into her new community over the past year.
Her caring personality, warm smile, and commitment to helping others make her an important part of our team, and we're grateful to have her with us.
Sarah
Insurance Coordinator
Sarah has been working in the dental field since 2013 and serves as our Insurance Coordinator. She is passionate about helping patients navigate their dental insurance benefits and strives to make the financial side of dental care as simple and stress-free as possible. Sarah enjoys building relationships with patients and takes pride in providing friendly, knowledgeable support to ensure every visit is a positive experience.
Outside of the office, Sarah and her husband, Adam, stay busy cheering on their three children Catie, Connor, and Cooper at their various sporting events. She also enjoys spending time working in the yard, relaxing by the pool with her family, listening to audiobooks, long walks with her 2 dogs, Ranger and Heidi and when down time allows, traveling and dinner dates with her family.
Jennifer
Dental Assistant
Jennifer moved with her daughter from Longview to the Burleson area to be closer to family. She has been a dental assistant for over 30 years and has never called it a job. “I fell in love with dentistry immediately! Making patients feel at home, comfortable, and cared for is the best!”
When Jen is not caring for her patients she enjoys spending time with her fiancé Robbie, daughter Jules, and their dog Jane. Jenn enjoys concerts, watching movies, and being with her family and friends.
Kimberly
Dental Assistant
Kimberly has over 16 years of experience as a dental assistant, she truly loves what she does and enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their smiles. Born and raised in Cleburne, Texas, she takes pride in building lasting relationships with the families.
When she's not at work, Kimberly is a busy mom of four amazing kids and a proud pet parent to a dog and a cat. She loves spending time outdoors, whether it's exploring nature, enjoying family adventures, or simply soaking up the fresh air. She feels incredibly fortunate to have a career she's passionate about and to be part of a team dedicated to making every patient feel at home.
Alicia
Dental Assistant
Alicia is a Registered Dental Assistant with over five years of experience providing compassionate, high-quality patient care. She is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for during every visit. The most rewarding part of her job is making a positive impact on people's lives and helping them achieve healthy, beautiful smiles.
Outside of the office, Alicia enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their three-year-old daughter. She also loves running, relaxing, and making the most of time with her family.
Donna
Dental Hygienist
Donna received her hygiene degree from Tarrant County College in 1993. In 2001, completing a BAAS at Dallas Baptist University opened the door to complete a Masters in higher education in 2003, so she could teach dental hygiene and pass on “the joy of helping others.” Donna enjoys her family, camping, hiking, sailing, horses, dogs, and always her patients.
Robyn
Hygienist
Robyn has been a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2002 and truly enjoys helping patients achieve healthy smiles. She loves educating patients about their oral health and is committed to making each visit comfortable and enjoyable.
Outside of the office, Robyn enjoys cooking, being a dog mom, playing table games, and traveling with her husband, Steve. She also has two amazing adult daughters who keep life exciting.
Julie
Hygienist
Julie has worked in dentistry since 2015, beginning her career as a dental assistant before becoming a dental hygienist in 2019. She enjoys helping patients feel comfortable while achieving healthy, confident smiles. Outside of the office, Julie loves spending time with her husband and two children, traveling with her family, baking, and running.
Madison
Hygienist
Madison has been working as a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2021. She has completed numerous hours of continuing education in order to equip herself and to best serve our patients. Madison believes that education and prevention are the foundation of long-term oral health. Outside of the dental office, she loves spending time with her family and working all sorts of projects.
